The Executive Council (EC) is the management board of the organization entrusted with the management of the organization. According to the GOYED Constitution, the Executive Council shall be the Administrative and Business Board of the ORGANIZATION. It shall be composed of elected and appointed Central Members of the ORGANIZATION and members of the Executive Council shall not be less than 3 and more than 15 in number at any given time. The Executive Council is headed by the President.

- 1. NWADIKE LEONARD I. (PRESIDENT/EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR)
Nwadike Leonard is a native of Awka – Etiti in Anambra State and is the founder of Global Organization for Youth Enlightenment and Development. He is a civic leader, social entrepreneur and an experienced manager with excellent client, project management and monitoring & evaluation skills.
Leonard holds a BSc. Applied Biochemistry from Nnamdi Azikiwe University (NAU), Awka. He also has the following professional qualifications and certifications:
Certificate of Distinction from Case Western Reserve University, United States on the following leadership courses; Resonant Leadership (Emotional Intelligence in Sustainable Leadership); Women in Leadership: Inspiring Positive Change; Conversations that Inspire: Coaching, Leadership and Change.
Certificate of Distinction from the University of California, Irvine in the following career courses; Project Management; Fundamentals of Management; Finance for Non-financial Professionals; Effective Communication in the 21st Century; Creative Problem Solving; Entrepreneurship and the Art of Negotiation.

Leonard is currently the President/ Executive Director of GOYED where he leads and inspires employees in the quest to achieve organization’s vision, mission, and goals and by virtue of his position seats in the Board of Trustees. He is also the current Public Relations Officer for the Association of Non-Bank Micro Finance Institutions of Nigeria (ANMFIN) Anambra State Chapter where he spearheads the initiation of high impact projects in the microfinance subsector of the state.
Leonard is also a published author with the following publications: Intensive Basic Science and Technology text books for primary 1-6 and Jss1-3; Intensive Agricultural Science text books for primary 1-6 and JSS1-3.
- MR. CHUKWUALUKA OBINWEZE
Chukwualuka Obinweze hails from Umunocha village in Awka-Etiti, Idemili L.G.A. of Anambra State. He holds a BSc from Nnamdi Azikiwe University and did his NYSC (2009) at the Federal Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Abuja.
Obinweze has several years experience in business, and has established several small scaled industries including artificial hair (attachment), raw nylon materials and peanut business. He is happily married with kids and currently sits in the Executive Council of GOYED as the Vice President, Business Development.
- MR. IFEDI IZUCHUKWU
Ifedi Izuchukwu Charles hails from Ogunzele village, Awka-Etiti in Idemili South of Anambra State. He holds BSc in Human Physiology from Madonna University, Okija (2010), M.Sc Human Physiology from University of Port Harcourt (2015) and has his PHD in view.
Charles has several work experiences including; Assistant Lecturer, Gregory University Uturu, Abia State (2015-2016); Physiologist, Meridian Hospitals, Port Harcourt (2014); Graduate Assistant, TAI Solarin University of Education (2011-2012), Science Teacher, Modern Child College, Aba (2009-2010). He has several scientific publications to his name.
Ifedi Izuchukwu sits in the Executive Council of GOYED as the Secretary.
- MRS. CHINYERE M. UCHEAGU (FINANCE OFFICER)
Mrs. Evang. Chinyere M. Ucheagu hails from Ukehe Igbo-etiti L.G.A in Enugu State and holds an HND in Business Administration and Management from the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu. She also holds a Diploma in Personnel Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIMP), Enugu. She is a member of Managers Forum c/o School of Business Studies IMT, Enugu Chapter.
Mrs. Chinyere has over 11 years working experience in which she has served in various organizations and companies including Burea-De-Change Benpeace Ventures Nig. Ltd. as Cashier; Anyimore Freight Forwarding Agent as Secretary; Sir Frank Investment Nig. Ltd. Onitsha as Accountant. She is also a dynamic entrepreneur and gospel music artiste which several albums including Jesus Dum Aga (Jesus is taking me along) and Onyekwe Chiya Ekwe (if you believe, your God will believe).
Mrs. Chinyere is a member of various professional societies notably; Copyright Society of Nigeria Ltd/GTE (COSON) National; Performance Gospel Artiste of Nigeria (PGAN), Anambra State Chapter. She is a member of Catholic Charismatic Renewal of Nigeria (C.C.R.N), Onitsha Archdiocesan Province. She is happily married with kids.
Mrs Chinyere is the Finance Officer of GOYED and as a senior staff attends executive Council Meetings.
